Sometimes problems are experienced loading apps onto phones. These are general issues and not specifically related to any of the G2G apps.
Recommendation one - clear your cache. It is easy to do and will not harm your phone or any programs/apps you are running. It simply forces the phone to recover the information from the internet rather than from your stored data.

Just a note: once you clear your cache you will find your pages will be slow to load but this is temporary as the phone has to build up a 'memory' again.
Recommendation two - check you are on the latest version of the app. Sometimes an issue can occur if you are trying to load an outdated version of the app. Delete the app and re-instal the new version where this is the case. The G2G apps are regularly updated to enable performance improvements or new features to be released. You will not lose any data deleting an app.
Recommendation three - ensure you are accessing the Australian App Store. The G2G Now app is not available for use outside Australian or in any non Australian app stores. Here's an article on how to change to the Australian app store if needed - Change your Apple ID country or region
