You can track the status of your application via your G2G Pass Traveller Dashboard or in the G2G Pass app.
What to do:
- Go to www.g2gpass.com.au website
- Click “Log In” and enter your account details to access your online account. The status of your application will be shown on your account dashboard
- Open the G2G PASS app
- Log in to the app.
- The status of your applications will be shown on the main screen
Applications for a G2G Pass will be approved or rejected by approval teams. Due to the high volume of applications received, it can sometimes take up to 5 business days to receive an outcome.
Please note, the G2G Pass Support Team can not provide updates on the status of your application and will be unable to respond directly to any queries related to this issue.
