G2G Now is a mobile app provided by the Western Australia Police Force and the Northern Territory Government to help people subject to a quarantine or isolation direction show their compliance quickly and easily by performing in-app check-ins. This is done by taking a photo every time a check-in request is sent. The number of check-in requests sent varies across app users as does the schedule they are sent on.
If you use the G2G Now app it is your responsibility to ensure you can hear and respond to check-in requests. Do not put your phone on silent or turn the volume down.
It is highly encouraged that you use G2G Now if you need to quarantine. People choosing not to use the app will be monitored by the relevant agency for each state, including with phone calls and in-person visits.
If you need technical support, please submit a support request, and our service desk staff will be happy to assist you.
