To log in to the G2G Pass App, please make sure you have submitted a travel application and created an account on the G2G Pass website first.

If you already have an existing account, here are some things you can try:
The most common reason is often a spelling mistake in your email address or password.
- Check that you are using the correct email address - The one you used when you submitted your application.
- Check that you are using the correct password - You can click on the 'eye' button to show your password.
- Ensure 'caps lock' is turned off and your keyboard is in the right language.
If you are getting an error message saying 'Incorrect username or password' and you made sure everything is correct, then reset your password to something new that you will easily remember. Just click on 'Forgot Password' and follow the prompts.

Now try to log in again.
It says my account hasn't been activated.
Another possible reason that you can't log in to the G2G Pass App is that your account has not been activated. Currently, when you try to log in with an unactivated account, the error message you will get on the app is different than that you will get on the website.
On the G2G Pass app, you will receive an error message which says:
'Your account hasn't been activated. Please search your email inbox (including junk or spam folders) for your verification email.'
In this scenario, please check your inbox and your junk or spam folder to find an email from us asking you to verify your account.
If you don't find the verification email, you can try generating a new verification email for yourself by trying to log in with your unactivated account on the www.g2gpass.com.au/login page. You will see an error message as shown below, click on the "Resend verification email" button.
