If you're having trouble capturing check in requests or uploading your photo on the G2G Now app the issue may lie in your phones camera lens and/or screen protector.
Sometimes it's just a matter of cleaning the camera lens or removing any obstructions from the lens (a scratched screen protector).
If your phone has a screen protector that is placed over the camera, we recommend regularly cleaning this surface as it may be covered in dust or dirt.
If you have cleaned the surface of the screen protector covering the camera and are still facing issues capturing your photo. Please temporarily remove/reapply any screen protector you have on the device, during your quarantine period.
